Mix-Use Mid-Rise Building

As part of a study abroad exchange with Universidad CEU San Pablo, this project reimagines an abandoned site in Carabanchel through a sustainable, modular building that blends street-level commercial spaces with residential units above. Featuring green terraces and public amenities, the design honors the local typology while promoting inclusive, adaptable, and environmentally conscious urban living.
