Structural Restoration

This structural restoration project, conducted under the structural engineer guidance. This building is The Fine Arts Department building at the Interamerican University of San Germán. The scope included comprehensive on-site documentation—measuring, photographing, and hand-drawing existing conditions and damages. I was responsible for producing detailed and dimensioned digital as-built drawings, identifying structural issues, and compiling technical documentation for the restoration process. The engineer provided hand sketches and structural notes, which I translated into precise technical drawings, serving as a facilitator in the development of the final construction documents.
